        If I could give a zero stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. They do not try to help you get an ETA on your delivery, and your food ends up extremely cold and soggy. If you can drive to do pick up. Just do it. I bet you could walk to your location and back before they even deliver your food.

        This was my first time using Chowcall. What a disappointment! The actual delivery time was much later than the expected delivery time. The food was soggy and cold by the time it arrived. When there are little one's to feed, this service isnt ideal. I wont be using again.
