Mathea's Alteration and Fashion - Local Tailor

Communication was terrible brought my husbands pants to get tailored and she said it’d be done by Monday when we showed up she hadn’t even started on them and said she’d be done in 20 minutes if we waited but we decided we’d come back the next day instead because we were busy and when we came back the next day she was still not done and didn’t even text us back to get the pants so we showed up and her son gave us our pants back unfinished. Would not recommend coming here. Just god awful service. Service: Alterations

Sent my dress blues here and we agreed on 30 dollars (15 for getting chevrons on and 15 for getting my pants to right length). We agreed on a time and date and that was that. I then picked them up and went about my day until i started getting dressed and the pants fell apart. They were not finished and the *hem* was done extremely lazily. They fell apart! I do not recommend ever coming here. I asked for a refund of 15 plus my 4 dollar tip and she is refusing because she *did the job*. Worst service ever.

Mathea's Alteration and Fashion fixed the my gown because I lose several kilograms and now it is bigger, but the tailor fixed and now I look amazing with the dress. Thank you!
