This store never picks up the phone ever 😑

Every time I come this store it’s bad customer service. They don’t know what their doing most of the time and there’s a Lack of communication. They never take items out of your registry even if you tell them and they do the whole process. This is the fifth time I have to complain about this store and take my items of my registry myself. And for events they’re never punctual and they cancel without letting customers know about it.

Not a lot of options

Not enough people on rejiggers or on floor. Need more workers, came here multiple times during a week day and lines seriously get backed up. And if you need help finding something for get it cause I swear there is only 1 person on the floor....
