This is the best shop in Jacksonville for certified Audi repairs. Amber and Bobby are always easy to work with, and the quality of work is outstanding. They sometimes have a large workload, but their knowledge and experience are well worth the wait.

A place where "it will be done next week" and "the parts are on order" but don't ever come are a thing. I would have been better NEVER going here. Update 4 years later this pos still has my uniforms and my phone number getting that better business forum he lied on ready with my lawyer. -Update- 2018- Bob Cash is still the best Car Jacker in NC

Our grandson took two vehicles to these people. On one, they continue to demand more money BEFORE they even look at the car. Now, he has paid over $1,500 for what should be a $800 total repair based on other estimates. Then, they supposedly replaced his clutch in another car. Got it back and the clutch was not repaired much less replaced. After taking it to another shop found that Imports Plus only replaced a flywheel and tried to cover up the mess they had created. Our grandson was billed for parts he did not receive. Apparently, Imports Plus has no trouble taking advantage of members of the Marine Corp. you have been warned. Imports Plus CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Period.

Brought my car there with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I wanted to do a turbo upgrade. I bought all of the parts necessary for the job, brand spanking new. Afterwards, my car barely ran. The welding on the intercooler piping was horrendous. Leaks and pinholes everywhere. My 2 year old son could have done a better job. They also disconnect my windshield wiper squirters and broke my wiper fluid reservoir. They also didn't bother to tighten a majority of the turbo and bumper bolts. This caused my turbo downpipe to vibrate and eventually snap. Although my Tial external wastegate uses 2 bolts to attach to the exhaust manifold, Imports Plus failed to install one bolt, causing a major exhaust and boost issue. Lastly, they cross threaded the oil feed fitting on my turbo. Then I had to re-tap the housing in order to stop a severe oil leak. If you really don't like your car and want it to suffer, this is the place to go. It's also a great place to go if you feel like walking even though you had a great car before coming to Imports Plus. Take my advice and go to an honest and reputable shop who can be trusted
