I have my receipt and my tint needed to be redone. I have been calling Al Davis for two weeks and he doesn't even return my calls. He did do a good job on my Tesla Model S but it came loose in 3 places. His work is good but his responsiveness is lacking. 1 star because he doesn't return my calls.

1/14/21 Al came by to fix a tiny piece of tint with some bubbles. This is the nicest, most humble guy you could meet. We chatted wile he did an expert repair under warranty. Highly recommend him!

I met Al 1/30/2015 when I used his Groupon to tint the windows in my 2004 Subaru Legacy wagon. While he was a little late getting started (he doesn't exactly have complete control over his schedule when dealing with dealerships and traffic/construction in the area), he finished the job in record time and the car has looked great for nearly 3 years now.
After recently picking up another wagon, this time a 2003 Subaru Legacy Outback, I immediately thought of Al for the tinting I wanted done. He took my call immediately and booked me within a few days when we both had time. When I pulled up he had just opened the garage door and had me pull in. Within a few minutes we chose which tint would be installed and he was off and running, finishing in an hour.
The quality of work is superb, just as it was on my first wagon. Al is also a very friendly and humble guy who is as able to talk about tinting, as he is about the automotive industry or the stock market. All of this without "I mean, like, ya know, actually" pouring out of his mouth. He was well spoken, friendly, and was able to chat while professionally doing his job without missing a beat.
I highly recommend using Al for your tinting needs.
Also, note that the University location that Google keeps presenting hasn't been there in many years, so be sure to meet him at his Indian Trail location for any work being done. Service: Sun control window tinting
