Acumen Home Inspection Professional LLC

We had Acumen Home Inspections do our pre drywall inspection and Hassan found issues that if left unchecked would have caused thousands of dollars in expenses down the line while letting building mistakes and omissions remain. Given his background in structural engineering I'm not confident other home inspectors would have found some of the issues he found. I would recommend that if you have concerns with the framing for your new home you should hire Hassan to look at it as he will fret out mistakes or shortcuts the builders sub contractors try to make.

I highly recommend Hassan for anyone needing a home inspection. He is highly professional, thorough and an excellent communicator. He took 3 hours to inspect the home we were in the process of buying and sent us a very detailed report including clear pictures showing areas of concern that should be addressed. The report was received the same day as the inspection which was appreciated since our window to purchase was very tight.

Hassan provided excellent service. My house inspection moved couple of times. Hassan was very helpful in adjusting his dates. He did inspect my house and found couple of major issues which cant find visibly. He was willing help on reinspecting the house. Excellent service and thorough inspection.
