        Purchased some flowers for my Aunt for her birthday. A beautiful assortment in a teacup with saucer. Order was delivered on time and in great condition. My Aunt loves the arrangement and said that even after days later, the flowers still look gorgeous. Thank you!!

        I am sorry but that is not the full truth. You had phone numbers on there to call us all. You could have explained the situation and I could have turned around and called another florist. You were not told to cancel the order, I have spoken with Blooms Today (Samantha) three times and you would told to move forward. Not in any shape did you try to make the customer happy. You had enough time to send us an email but not pick up the phone. I resume my stand of "shame on you". Poor customer service.
