I have had a maintenance agreement for several years and it says they are available 24 hours but I called three days in a row then emailed with no response, finally I decided I’d try one more time and if no response I’d send a letter to cancel my service. 1- they are not open 24 hours, I called before 5pm and around 9pm and no answer not even a voicemail... finally I received a callback and I was so shocked at how they spoke to me on the phone as If I had done something wrong. They people answering the phone sound like they are either drunk or on drugs possibly both... I will never do business with again and would advise you to ask lots of questions before ever thinking of buying into their lies

Our office A/C stopped working and our the company we usually use could not get to us that day. I called in and spoke with Cody and he was very professional and courteous. He got a tech out (Jimmy) within 30 minutes and he had our A/C back up and running in no time. Thanks a lot for the great service guys! We will definitely be using your services again in the future! My elderly mom's A/C went out, and Air Agents came to install a new system. Jimmy was really cordial and thoroughly investigated the problems and gave mom the best options. The work was done the very next day, and the 3 men who installed the system were very professional and installed the unit quickly, explaining everything that took place. The offered to put her old thermostat panel back up, but she was hoping a new one would have larger numbers, so she opted for a new one. After several hours, she realized she could not remember the instructions given, and wished she had the old one back. I just called Jimmy, who was currently under a house, but he called me back in minutes and said the men would return the next day and put up her old thermostat. I would say that is going beyond the job description, but they were so accommodating and nice, and this will be out go to A/C company from now on. Thanks for restoring my faith in people who aim to please--especially when dealing with Senior Citizens.
