After multiple phone calls, we decided to go into the store to get our phones activated. Stephen was extremely helpful and got our issues resolved the same day!

For the last three years Spectrum was my only choice for high speed internet. It was fine but the internet would go out regularly for hours when there was a storm.
When a new provider came they offered me my same service for $90 less than what I had been paying.
When I went to return the equipment they would not let me drop it off at the store unless I waited in line for an hour. My service was already canceled. Thats a rediculous process.

Candis is a miserable person. By far the worst employee of any establishment I've ever visited.
I went in an HOUR before close to ask about promotions for new customers. I recently switched over my mobile plan and need a new phone.
She snapped at me as soon as I walked in and said "hello" and told me to sign in. (There was one other person in the store who was leaving at the moment"
I signed in and asked her for a quote on my phone. She said "I got stuff to do on the computer come back earlier tomorrow for a trade in" I told her I had to drive 40 minutes and get off late from my job and could arrive the same time tomorrow (this is the closest location to me) and that I didn't want to trade, just see what my phone was worth for the promotion. She told me to check that online and that she didn't have time to check.
I feel sorry for her because she clearly is miserable in her life and job, but I was nice the entire time and patient and was told I couldn't be helped. I came to the brick and mortor because I prefer human interaction over reading text online, but I was not greeted by a human. I was greeted by vulture.
