Shawn was superior! Garage spring busted - wife called DDC and he was able to make it out same day. Fixed the issue and had us on our way in under an hour (just in time for carpool). Without a doubt, we will use Shawn moving forward. Prompt, detailed, and very pleasant! Cheers!

I highly recommend Shawn from DDC. He just replaced my garage door opener. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. He made sure I knew all my options before we determined replacing the opener.

I am soooo beyond irritated. We had this company to make our garage door motorized when we moved in our home about a year ago. A day or two after they installed everything our door started acting weird. It would take a while for it to close. It would go up and down until it finally decided to close. I called him and he said to come back out he would charge but he said he could instruct us over the phone. Now granted my husband and i don't know a darn thing about garage doors. If we did then we would have put it in our self and saved the money. I thought it was normal behavior for a garage door until i started looking at how all my neighbors door was closing and i knew something wasn't right. They used someone else, someone we should have used.Time past and we get to today January 24, 2019. My hubby was doing some spray paint work in our garage. To let out the paint smell, i opened the garage door a little bit. Now, our garage door wont close at all. Now i don't think it is fair that not only did we pay this company to put in our door but we gave the guy who did it a free brand new, still in the plastic twin mattress for his son only to get a messed up garage door. I feel uneasy because the door wont close and the door from my garage to house has a basic lock on it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
