I would give these people a NO STAR if possible. The owner and his son came out to diagnose our GE Monogram large refrigerator and completely misdiagnosed!!! They are not competent!!! They sent out one of their "services refrigerator specialists" who knew even less about our refrigerator. They ordered parts to repair that did not need repair in the end and after sending out 2 different specialists over the course of 3 weeks who still did not know how to fix our refrigerator we finally had to a GE specialist fix our issue which was just to blow out a hose in the compressor which defrosted and major line that is primarily responsible for the the air circulation.. Note that one of MCEs repair guys told us what parts we could just order on our own and we could make the repair if we just watched the YOuTube video on it!!!! Are you kidding me?? this of course was after we aleready ordered over $500 in parts that did not need to be replaced. Two days later the repair guy who told us to youtube fix our frig no longer worked for MCE service repair. how convenient!!! When I called MCE services to inquire why my refrigerator still wasn't working ( before we finally had GE fix our frig ) after dealing with MCE for 3 weeks and multiple visits from their incompetent repair people including the owner and his son the wife of the owner claimed she didn't know about any of these negatives issues we had had with their former repair guys and claimed they were not at fault as it was the repair specialists fault who had coincidentally quit 2 days after he incorrectly diagnosed our refrigerator issue, completely ignoring that fact that the owner, her husband was the first one to misdiagnose our frig issue. So they of course gladly took $1,000 from me and have yet to refund me even though they text me confirming I would be receiving only a $733 refund and not the full amount the took from us!!!!!! Haven't received any kind of refund and it is a month later. These people are not running a legitimate business and should be shut down. We now will be taking legal action. MCE Services are incompentent crooks!!!

I called 5 companies on a Friday afternoon and this was the only company that called me back. And they called me back within 5 minutes or less!! I explained my issue with my dishwasher, the person on the phone explained what it could be. I asked for a quick estimate and was given one. The person on the phone, Chris, was polite, professional and seemed to really care about my situation. We discussed my model # etc. She called me back after they were closed to confirm they could get the part quickly and scheduled me for Wednesday. (it was a friday) The technician arrived on time and was very personable, and he explained things that he was doing as it went along. The end cost was what I was told on the phone. By the way, the other 4 companies never did even call me back. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat!! Best customer service I've had since moving here 2 yrs ago.
