He fosters a culture of excellence among the staff and it shows. My child had braces twice with Dr. Mack due to a complicated case and I was honestly sad when his treatment was completed because I know what a positive role model he had in Dr. Mack. The man is a local treasure.

        Dr. Mack and his staff are all amazing. They make their patients feel welcomed and address all questions and concerns. We had an issue with my daughters retainer (not their fault) and they came in after hours to help us! Highly recommend!
