I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM IN MARCH AND IT HAS BEEN HAVING QUITE A FEW ISSUES. I CALLED MY SALES REP AND WITHOUT EVEN HAGGLING OR NEEDING TO SAY ANYTHING, HE SAID "TRICIA, I HAVE A VEHICLE HERE FOR YOU THAT WE WILL SWAP OUT , THERE WILL BE A LITTLE COST ATTACHED TO IT BUT WE WILL TAKE CAR WE SOLD YOU AND USE IT AS A TRADE IN AND PUT YOU IN THIS NEWER, NICER, BETTER VEHICLE. 2 DAYS LATER CHRIS EMPTIED MY OLD CAR OUT, PICKED IT UP AND HAD ME IN MY NEW CAR BY THAT NIGHT. THEY ARE SOOO AMAZING. I RECOMMEND YOU GO THERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE AND AFFORDABLE VEHICLES. THEY ARE DEFINTIELY HERE TO HELP AND GIVE YOU WHAT BEST FOR YOU AT THE LOWEST COST AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND WORDS.. THANK YOU CHRIS AND TIM

I would give 0 stars if Google would let me. If you want a good deal... DO NOT purchase a vehicle through CBS Hillsborough. We made the mistake of buying an SUV and were blindsided by a million ridiculous fees. Salesman are extremely unresponsive to phone calls and emails and drop the ball on literally everything. We have been going back and forth with Tim since December to cancel a completely useless $3,000 warranty (that they would not let me purchase without) and still waiting on the money! Obviously we learned our lesson - we will never be back to a CBS.

Worst and shady salesmen over ever seen in car sales. I would avoid Tim he will screw everything up along with your credit

I set up an appointment to look at a truck. When I arrived at the scheduled time, another person was looking at it. What transpired had a pretty high probability of being choreographed with the conversation between the other potential buyer and salesperson letting me know the other buyer was prepared to purchase the next business day. Also, prior to arriving, the salesperson said they were willing to negotiate price, but when we discussed on site, he said the price was not negotiable.
