        After having a moving truck reserved for 6 weeks, I arrived the morning I was set to pick it up, only to see the actual truck being driven off by someone else. After calling Budget's Corporate line, I was told that trucks are on a first come first served basis. In other words, their entire reservation system is only meant to waste your time, and reserves absolutely nothing. My reservation was for today at 9am. They rented out that very truck at 8:30 to someone else. Immediately contacted U-haul who were able to accommodate me and had a large selection of rentals.

        Do not waste your time here, I was late 30 min due to waiting for my helper to arrive, they call me not to come in anymore as my truck was cancel. I showed up anyways and the dude wanted $300 deposit on the truck that was going to cost only $100 to rent.
