Buyer beware : I tried to ignore the bad reviews and give this shop a chance, that was clearly a mistake. This small shop apparently is in the business of taking advantage of women. I was told a set of subs were functional by Richard Clint and that they could be tested at the time of purchase. Taking his word at face value, my fiance went to purchase them. Once there they stated that they didnt have a correct way to test however insured her they were fine. She arrived at home with these as a gift and someone with little audio knowledge would be able to see one was blown without even testing it, right side was completely seized up. So now shes $300 in the hole with a shop who says no refunds knowing very well what they sold her was junk. The solution is if she were to spend $349 on a new sub to replace the broke one they sold her they would be so generous as to remimburse her $50. Avoid at all cost, many more reputable shops to choose from.

Not willing to make their mistakes right. Sold a buddy of mine 2 kicker 12s one was blown. I believe this business likes to take advantage of women. When she went in and told them about the blown sub. They told her it would be $350 for a new subwoofer and they would give her $50 credit. When I visited I had the worst experience possible. I walked in to a not busy store and took them forever to come and help me. Even when I was looking to buy something. Only leaving one star because it wont let me leave any lower.

I went in to try to trade out a piece of 24 karat gold for a necklace and the owner offered me a third of the price of gold I then went on to tell him that I'm smart enough to just keep it and he said he's looking for a dumb person to make some money off. He then came out to the parking lot and got aggressive cause I didn't want to sell him the gold at his 50$. Totally dishonest business I'm reporting to BBB
Lucky he didn't see the waist mourned camera that was rolling for this encounter.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
