It took the service technician a few minutes to determine what the problem was, but once it was determined he went to work and corrected a problem that he said very rarely happens. I was glad to get the problem resolved. I had heard a very loud pow and then a hissing sound. Turns out that a very small washer in a connection that is not being used was blown out thus releasing all the coolant. I had to go out of town shortly after the repair, so it will be interesting to return home in a few days and see of the repair is still in effect. Service: HVAC repair
