If you're looking to have a modification completed I highly suggest you to look elsewhere. We've been waiting since last October of 2021, a full year, just to get on their schedule for a roll in shower modification. We've been given excuses month after month as to why they couldn't start our modification. From: "We can't find contractors due to Covid-19", to "They needed to hire site management", to "financial issues within Safe Living". I started sending emails even copying Vern Martel (CEO) in hopes to get our scheduing issues resolved back in May. Not one response form him. It's now the end of October 2022, now they're saying "Hopefully they can get to it mid-January of 2023". We have an opportunity to forward with another company to do the modification and we're gladly going to that opportunity.

The claim manufactures don't have materials, but once all things are installed than they keep delaying payments to the ones doing the work. Can't say that I would recommend this company for anything. They can't do what they say....FULL OF LIES

At first there was some issues with my bathroom modification and I contacted the owner. He came out and then sent workers to correct the issues. Then be sent Steve and Andy out to finish the issues. They were very professional and so far I love my bathroom. They did a great job!

12/28/21 UPDATE : After my initial review I magically received a call from Safe Living. BUT Confused poor communication has continued along with zero follow through. A meeting was scheduled at my home only by request of my husband last Monday. For reasons unknown, the actual installer knew nothing about the meeting therefore he was not present. A plan was formed, to replace damaged pieces, gate placement, a commitment of the meeting summary was to be sent to all parties, and plans to begin this week were discussed. Weve heard nothing since. Weve sent yet another email for follow up chasing SLS on the night of 12/27/21. As of today according to my builder the installer is still not been caught up to speed on the plan that was formed at the meeting. Sadly, Ive come to the conclusion - Safe Living knows theyre going to be paid regardless bc this is state monies allocated for disabled children. Customer service, job follow through or completion is not relevant or clearly a priority. Cap C families - beware.Unfortunately my experience has not been as the other reviews. WARNING to CAPC families...... Safe Living Solutions is not a company that I can recommend. From the start of an elevator install to the very bitter end, which I still have yet to see, has been an incredibly stressful and painful experience.
