        If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The service in person is good, but after leaving the facility, it is TRASH. They lie for days about your prescription status, transfer you from person to person & act very nonchalant about your medical needs. I plan to report this office to the highest level of authority. My son, a 9 year old needed a prior authorization for a medicine & they completely drug their feet. For days they have BS excuses & blamed every other department for their slack. Additionally, the staff over the phone that handled the prior authorizations had nasty attitudes & made it very that they didn’t care. I would not recommend them to anybody. The whole staff needs to seek other career options.
