Beware of this company. The staff here is extremely unprofessional and are unwilling to help solve any internal issues. We received our latest bill where they said we used 12,350 gallons of water where our average usage is 1300-1800 gallons. We have no leaks in the home. They sent out a technician to review the meter which showed no sign of a leak. I have filed a report with BBB and the Board of Directors. Make sure you pay attention to your bill as this company is apparently full of crooks.

Your company dug a large hole in my front yard without the (un)common courtesy of knocking on my door and letting me know what was going to take place. Extremely unprofessional.

This is a very good place to do business with. However, they can come down on the prices. Also, they could go back their location (town) or come to the Scotts area.

A bunch of crooks. A day late paying my bill. Paid the bill in full and charged me an extra 50.00 for cutoff fees and they never even cut it off. Outrageously corrupt
