I called Loose Ends last night at 5:20pm and the owner himself was at our house by 6pm. On an holiday at that, his work day was over but he extended it to help us out. Our basement bathrooms were flooding and literally there was $h!t everywhere! He quickly diagnosed the problem to find that our septic tank had NEVER been pumped and he immediately started pumping them. In a hour, the problem was fixed and we were back in working order. Had he not offered to come last night, we wouldve been displaced from our house for the night and who knows how much further damage wouldve been caused. He sacrificed time with his family to help us in an emergency situation and my husband and I will forever be grateful for that! I wouldve paid my arm and leg for his help, but his price was very reasonable! 10/10 recommend this company to anyone!

Some of the best customer service Ive ever seen anywhere! We called late on a cold Monday evening with a completely backed up septic tank flooding into our basement. They showed up within 15 minutes and went straight to work emptying the tank. The owner was very kind and professional. We will continue to use Loose Ends and highly recommend them to anyone needing septic work!
