I called last Tuesday for a homeowners and flood insurance quote and spoke with Miriam. She was super nice and let me know that she would not be in the office the next day and would get back to me on Thursday. Thursday came around and never heard anything. I emailed her and got an automatic reply stating she would not be in for the afternoon. I called the office and she left no notes for us about a quote and the office said that they didnt have anyone else I could speak with about it and to call the next day on Friday. I called the next day they put me through to her voicemail and I left a message and never got a call back. I had spotty signal on Friday but a voicemail wouldve still popped up if one was left.

I have been a customer for many years with auto, homeowners, and renter insurance during different times. The staff at Broome have always been available and quick to respond to any concerns I have had through the years. It has truly been a great relationship and their service is unequaled.
