        I worked with Diane Christiansen and she was awesome! Great communication, followup and honesty. My furniture was completed well before I thought was possible in our COVID challenged environment.

        I really wanted to purchase a leather couch and sofa from Classic Leather but there were no dealers up in Baltimore that I could order from. Fortunately, I contacted Hickory Furniture Mart and Leslie and Anne could not have been more helpful. I had lots of questions and they were very nice and patient. We were twice sent multiple leather color swatches by mail to pick out a leather we liked. There was no pressure to hurry and make a decision. A final 6 x 6 inch piece of leather was sent from the actual hide that they used. No hidden costs, no surprises and they were sure to get all the details correct. I just received the furniture pieces today. I LOVE them! Couldn't be happier with the service (and the product).
