We had exceptional service from both Melanie Bowman and Matt Robillard. We have been satisfied customers of Goods Home Furnishings for many years. Recently we ordered a console which arrived damaged from the manufacturer. We called Goods and were put in contact with Matt. He put all of our worries/anxieties to rest and was very prompt and professional. He followed up and kept us informed during every step of the replacement process.He contacted the delivery company and the manufacturer and we had our replacement piece delivered in perfect condition within a few weeks. Everything was handled so professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you Matt and as always Melanie
