Manny was so helpful while picking out furniture after I bought a house. He was nice and not pushy about trying to get me to pick out things I didn't want/need! I will definitely be back to see him next time!!!

This place is massive! I spent a very nice afternoon exploring and chatting with store owners. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Theres a cafe and a coffee shop, and while I didnt grab a bite, both smelled great. There is so much to see here, and the furniture is of such impressive quality. The showrooms are stunning. Ill definitely be coming back.

Bought ruby red wool rug - got royal purple. Refused delivery. No refund or error acknowledgment. Terrible experience. Place went out of biz. Hope they enjoyed my $2345. Shop elsewhere is my advice based on my experience & lame response from Hickory.

We are enjoying the two Kincaid end tables that we purchased from Cheryl Dockery at Hickory Furniture Mart. They update our great room and brighten the room compared to our old ones. In addition, Im so glad we paid for delivery by HFM. They did a great job and were so careful bringing the tables inside. It was a reasonable price for the service providedthe tables are very heavy and my husband and I would have had a difficult time unloading and trying to get them in the house without damage. We also appreciated Cheryls professional yet friendly attitude. Even though we were only ordering two end tables, she gave us the same courtesy as if we were ordering a room-full of furniture. She followed through with everything, and we knew exactly what to expect. We were so pleased with the professional services we received from HFM and will return if we are in the market for future furniture purchases.
