        Had a terrible experience here and hope others do not have same problems. Called and went in to plan multiple floral arrangements for an important family event. Was told a mock-up would be made available within the week for my approval. I waited and never received call back and business was closed every time I tried to go in to check status. I was forced to find another florist at last minute. I have used this florist in the past with great results so Im not sure what has happened, but I would not recommend for big events.

        About a month ago my daughter was in the local hospital and I wanted to send her flowers, since I live in upper norther west California I was lucky enough to get a referral to this shop, my daughter and her sister could not stop talking on how beautiful the flowers were, and of course this made for a very happy daddy
