I live out of state, in Missouri and reached out to Dustin due to a modification needed to be done to my child support paperwork. I have used him twice now and both times have been a great experience. Working with an attorney out of state can be a difficult task but Dustin made it easy with regular phone calls and emails. When I reached out to him the second time, as recently as May, he actually didn't charge me any other fees as I still had money on my retainer from 2 years ago. That is what you call taking care of people and not trying to be greedy and get more of their money, as he easily could have done. Again, the experience was great working with Dustin, I was actually able to come into Statesville to meet up with him as my daughter was graduating high school and we were in town. By the way, the office in Statesville is really neat. It's in a historic building in Old Statesville. I would highly recommend Dustin. He his thorough in what he does, he knows his stuff and he cares about his clients. Thanks Dustin for everything!!
