As the Directv service provider, they did not show up at all the first day scheduled. On the second day, they showed up on time. During his time here, he bashed Directv customer service and proceeded to tell us he could not fix our problem and did not know who could. He left with no solution. Are you kidding? What company gets away with that attitude?
