Beware of not disclosing information. Come to find out after just 8 months of use, Golden lift chair does not provide warranty for labor, so, get ready to budget in up to two $85 to $125 visits, one for diagnosis, one for repair AND additional fees if it takes a bit longer. If this is what I have to look forward to, the chair will be given away as even Whitley doesn't want it back! Full disclosure and helping a customer resolve an issue is beyond their capacity. And, the part they did replace wasn't calibrated correctly, so remains faulty. At this point, no one is providing what steps are needed to fix that part. It is GEE, DUH Ville. No help, no care, zero, nadda, a tough luck, lady. So, here is the proper warning.... Excuses and no help with resolution could greet you. You can tell what kind of person you are dealing with when it comes to standing behind ones product line and business.

Amazing place with wonderful staff who know their stuff!! Can't believe I never stopped in here before! I will definitely be going back! My mother needed help with her arthritis and diabetic shoes and these were the people to go and see, They make you feel right at home in a way that no other facility I have visited has been able to do !
