        Customer service is NOT a priority at THIS Kay Jewelers. My boyfriend an I stopped in to look at jewelry jus before Christmas and the worker (short hair, tons of make up & a facial piercing) was so rude to any inquiry we made... she seemed to not want to be there. Let alone make a commission on our potential purchase. I've bought several pieces of jewelry from Kay's in the past but I don't plan on going back (for sure not to this location) sorry Kay but your workers are the face of your company and I'm not giving my money to a business who makes me feel like I'm a bother.

        Lovely staff at the Blue Ridge Mall store but losing this location will be a real headache for me and I'm sure plenty others as well. The next closest store is Asheville outlets and that's far! Please give us a store in Hendersonville!
