        Firstly, I admit straight off that this is unfair, because Im not even a customer. But, I walk by this office almost daily and it always feels creepy to me. If they have been around since 1938, Im betting the building hasnt been refreshed in a long, long, long time. The old sheer curtains covering the windows look like they are from a dilapidated abandoned house. Nothing about the outside says welcome . No flowers, beat up parking area, dirty windows. Im sorry but I wouldnt be comfortable just walking in the place.

        Before a couple of very good employees retired they were very helpful. Unfortunately the last time I had to call the woman I was transferred to kept interrupting me (I'm not good with explaining things, so I'm kind of slow) and biting my head off. Hopefully this won't happen again because they have been very helpful (always smiling too) in the past. We'll see. Could have just been having a bad day. Everyone does occasionally. I only call once a year usually so hoping a bad day is all it was.
