      image Dealing with duke energy about billing issues has been a struggle. each representative I have talked to has had very different instructions for me to resolve this issue. billed for months after I moved out of the apartment and new renters moved in.
      was bounced around on hold to different representatives and had to keep reexplaining my situation for them to just punt me to the next one. not helpful and an extreme waste of time. Company is too big and has bad customer service. Decent when it comes to other issues, if it comes to reimbursement, they are going to put up a fight.

      image They added $57 to my last bill & won’t fix or remove it. Customer service said “I don’t know what to tell you. Call back next week?” Wow.
