I had my wedding dress adjusted. I was a little nervous about the pick up being so close to my wedding. On the day of pickup, a Friday there was more adjustments needed than we orginally realized. She said she would have the additional adjustments done and it steamed and ready to go come Monday. She absolutely did! She did an amazing job at a price lower than I expected for all her hard work.

Highly recommend them for all your sewing needs. I have taken two vests and and jacket to them to put patches on. They came out looking awesome and I get compliments on them all the time. They are the best in town.

I do not recommend taking in your own item for embroidery. Please see pic from my experience. NOTE - There is a sign posted behind desk warning you of this - I DID NOT ADHERE - because at the time, I knew of no other option. Took in a Vest purchased from Belk to have initials monogrammed on chest pocket area. On the first attempt to pick up completed product the monogram was very poorly done. I expressed my dissatisfaction. I was told that the area being monogrammed had a seam which made if difficult for the monogram to be completely filled in BUT they would go over it again and I could come back later for pick up....went for pick up today AND THEY PUT A PATCH with monogram on vest. No phone call asking if OK - NOTHING. I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS - PATCH IS NOT EVEN THE SAME NAVY BLUE COLOR AS VEST!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction AGAIN and was told she would tell HIM (whoever that is) and see what he could do BUT SHE STILL CHARGED ME $22.00. I asked what the point was of telling HIM if she was still going to charge me - She indicated they DO GIVE REFUNDS and HE was not in the store at the moment - LOL - FYI - FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW I HAVE EVER LEFT. :-( BEWARE - USE THEIR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK

Long story, long.. I bought a leather motorcycle vest that I wanted some patches sewn on to. I was incredibly nervous as I have an artistic eye and wanted to make sure that the person who was going to help me with this did as well. As the vest was not a cheap purchase, I didnt want the patches to look like they were adhered in a cheap way either. I found Embroidme from a simple google search of who was close in my area. It was unfortunate though as their store hours were also my working hours. I called and spoke with a woman named Doris, and she set up a time for me to stop by before they were even open! I was so astounded by this, as usually store hours are store hours.. But she did not hesitate to invite me in early to discuss the options available to me for this vest. We spent a good thirty minutes (if not more) discussing what my vision was for the vest as well as just chatting about life and previous costuming work that she had done in the past. Needless to say.. I was NOT CONCERNED after I left the shop. I knew that I left it in the best hands possible. She did reach out to me about changing something on the vest. It was in regards to using a patch I brought in originally, or embroidering directly on the garment. I called her back immediately and ultimately used the: You know what youre doing, Doris! (As a professional who has been doing this for.. I believe she said 26 years?!..) I TRUSTED HER!!! I went to go and pick it up today and I could not be more excited!!! IT. IS. PERFECT. She did everything I wanted and more!!! If youre looking for someone who listens to what youre wanting and actually executes it properly.. GO SEE DORIS!!! I am so, so happy and so incredibly grateful that I found you all!!! I cant wait to come back with more patches! Thank you again for everything Doris, and everyone else who helped at Embroidme!!!
