Jacky Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I Bought a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler here and they were great. However the last 2 times I've visited, trying to purchase another new Wrangler and a Grand Cherokee L, the salesman were lacking customer service skills, very low inventory and not willing to negotiate at all. Today was my last Visit to this dealership and I have given my business to another dealer.

If you are looking for a dealership that goes above and beyond this is the place. I just bought a truck from them while living in Florida. They made the online transaction effortless, and even drove 9.5 hours to deliver the truck to me. Highly recommended!

The dealership was a pleasure to visit.The salesman John was very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable.We live over a hour away and visited local dealerships near us.We chose Jacky Jones in Hayesville because John(salesman) didnt make us feel pressured and responded to all our needs.We felt as if we known him for years. He is a great asset not only to the customers but also to the dealership. We would never go anywhere else.

My Jeep broke down while I was visiting from out of state. I called the service department and they made me an appointment for three days later. The evaluated my vehicle and fixed my vehicle earlier than promised. It was a great experience to deal with the service department at Jackie Jones Dodge

There to check out a Chrysler Pacifica van which could be converted for handicap access for my husband. Salesman Paul was exceedingly kind and accommodating.
