Drive thru moved fast & two young men working the window were very nice. I had my dog & they offered him is own little treat! The food wasn't fresh or fries weren't but it was close to 5pm close time.

I have updated this review. They must have new management. The place is clean and the employees are always friendly and polite. The food is even better. I now eat here when getting lunch.
Only had a 85 cleanliness rating. Garbage on the floor and some of the employees looked dirty. With McDonalds getting a 65 Hayesville needs a CLEAN fast food restaurant. I won't eat at a place with below a 95. No excuse for dirtiness, germs and poor hygiene. They are inspected multiple times a year and know what is expected. Both managers should have been terminated.

Service was very slow, especially since there was no one else to serve except a car at drive thru. The Hayesville Hardee's has poor service compared to the Hardee's in Andrews (which is much more customer oriented).
