We have been using Emily's Elves for 2 + years now for our cabin in Hiawassee. This has allowed us to open up renting for weekday rentals and not just weekends...Communication is prompt and have been great on last minute changes when needed, especially when our guests either checking in our out inform us of last minute changes. We have detailed instructions for their crew and are well followed to keep our ratings high with our guests. We appreciate having them available to keep our cabin clean and any other needs we might have.

Very professional and courteous service. Juli and Kevin are always helpful and prompt. They do excellent work and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.
