        the staff here work very hard and try the best they can to please every customer who comes in. all restaurants are struggling right now, capt. jacks is no exception, but they have never given up even with all of the bumps in the road they have had to deal with. the owner is a wonderful man, waitstaff are friendly, the manager works 24/7 to make sure this restaurant stays afloat. GIVE THEM A BREAK. i love this restaurant and will always continue to support them.

        We were so hesitant about coming here when they took over the building that crabby patty. We decided to go anyway but we ended up being disappointed. More or less EVERYTHING we tired to order they didn’t have it or was missing something in the entrée. Then my husband’s broiled meal came to the table deep fried and my husband said he only ate reluctantly and it didn’t taste that good because with how they more or less were out of everything he didn’t want to risk them now being out of that too. Oh they tired to blame it on suppler problems while other local restaurants we have been to was never out of their menu items for them not having more or less half the menu not available. Again major disappointment.
