I was so excited to have my minivan detailed for the first time in 2 years. I had seen platinum while driving around and jumped at the fact that they could come to me. I'm super pregnant and can't do the detailing myself. I called and set an appointment for the Pure Platinum package to be done Saturday morning 10:00am and they were here relatively on time. Now, my minivan was dirty, food crumbs, some wrappers, and general life dirt from having two kids in the back seat all the time. It was going to take WORK, and I do believe the guys did GREAT work on the bulk of the mess. However, I booked for a pure platinum because it included "crevices" and it seems like the bulk of what they missed was in crevices. (as shown in pictures) And one of the biggest, I would think, most obvious crevices they missed, was the glove box! I had emptied the entire van so stuff wouldn't be in their way and somehow a simple wipe out of the glove box wasn't done. There was also lots of gunk left in the bottoms of the doors on both the driver and passenger side. One looked barely wiped out, and the other looked like it had been spray and forgotten. There was an obvious spot, not touched that still had a hair tie left behind. I also ended up having to go over some pretty dirty spots left on the exterior of the car. The mirrors, and the top of the back window were still dirty. In general this wouldn't be enough for me to knock two stars off, I really wanted to give 4. But I've been left confused as to how I was charged. And unfortunately didn't realize until much later after paying. Even for the biggest car they charge for, a pure platinum package is $309.00 as stated on their website. I don't believe a minivan is the biggest car they could charge for and figured we'd fall under the SUV price of $289.00. We were ultimately charged $325.00 and because I hadn't seen all the missed spots, these guys walked away with $400.00. For the price, I don't think I should have to go back out and wipe my mirrors and some ugly spots left on my back window. I really want to say I would use these guys again, but for that price, I can't. Service: Auto detailing

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Was hired to do work by an insurance type company. Owner totally ripped off company did not complete the work, did not even come prepared to complete the job he was hired to do. Received $400 to spray 2 products (products I can buy in the store on my own) on my 2 areas of my car when he was hired to treat big juice stains, bird droppings and recondition the car. Worked for less than 10 mins, talked my ears off for 45 mins about being a veteran, etc. After he totally took advantage of another veteran. Tried calling and emailing, he will not answer. Will be reporting this scammer to the Better Business Bureau.
