Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Called Wednesday am to check availability. Daniel said "Come on down" so my hubby did. He is not easily impressed, but was amazed with Daniel and this place. Oh. And then there's Maggie, the Canine Hostess who's incredible, too. God is in this place. You should be, too!!!!

This place was great before they sold the business to Excel. They tried to sell me a transmission for an electrical problem. If I gone with their diagnosis Id have a new transmission but that would not have fixed the problem. I will never go back to Excel.

If I could give a higher rating than 5, I would. Being 77 years old I have purchased a lot of tires. Excel ranks the best of any big box store or family owned business. Daniel, the manager, provides the absolute best customer service. He listens, is polite, not in a hurry--- even thought the store is very busy--- and delivers. I highly recommend Excell. Mark me a very satisfied customer.

Do not come here if you remotely care for your car or wheels they will absolutely destroy the paint or powder coating and say thats how its done, when you ask them about it, their best response is, Ive done it for 30 years I can only imagine how many paint jobs they ruined in so many years
