Steven Ervin and Carrie Pollack (Allstate Insurance at Hampstead, NC) have done an outstanding service for me and my husband! Not only they both do a great job handling our insurance needs, they are also local, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Regardless of our concerns no matter how large or small, Steven and Carrie have treated me and my husband with the utmost respect, top notch service and had gone above and beyond for us.
