So we had Septic flush issues including bubbling and not wanting to flush. Didn't know if something was wrong or about to be. He was great to come check it out. Found quite a few things that could have gotten worse quickly. Roots growing in around and in tank. Junction box falling apart and runs clogged to to other roots. I am sure do to his good work he saved us Thousands and now will be our go to every two to three year for regular pumping. Highly recommend this company. Purchased a home in Greenville and called Jim's to pump the septic tank. Being new to septic tanks he took the time to explain to me how they work and what he was doing. Not surprised to discovered that the 50+ year old septic needed some repairs. Again Jim explained what and why the repair was needed. I appreciated the time he took to educate me as a home owner on a major system in my house and I felt the repairs were responsibly priced. Service: Outdoor system repair

Great experience! We had to have our septic tank pumped for the second time in less than a year. The work done by another company was just a bandaid on the problem. Jim's did a thorough job pumping out our septic tank, distribution box, and the lines of our aging system. The crew was pleasant and took the time to explain everything that they were doing not only to us, but to our nosy children.
