I have called several times. No one answer the phone. Left several voicemails no one has contacted me. I have been in there before and it really not a busy place. I wanted to know if doctors had faxed prescription. Very poor on getting in contact with someone.

Been receiving supplies from Healthwise for three years and think its time to find another supplier. Employees will not answer the phone and dont return calls when messages are left. In order to talk with someone I usually have to stop by the store when Im in Greenville. Theyre usually late or years sending information to the insurance company. This past Feb 2024 were receiving statements from two years ago, was told that Health Wise had not submitted information to the insurance company for payment, then we ended up receiving a bill from Healthwise for over $300 . This past Oct. 2023 paid a bill per statement for over $100 on 10/17/23 cleared acct on 10/18/23, in November 2023, I received a call from the main ofc concerning late payment, gave payment information to Rep. later found out that the Greenville location had not submitted payment in. Also have received wrong supplies several times in the past. Just poor customer service, understand something happening once or twice but Geez they never try to rectify. The employees there can be nice at times and other times they can be rude and very upsetting, need to take in consideration of the age bracket that they mostly deal with.
