Greenville VA Clinic

If I could give no stars I would. This is the seventh VA clinic Ive received care from and it is by far the worst. My first doctor retired and when I needed to refill my meds I wasnt able to because the clinic never assigned me to another doc (I had no knowledge of this). Got assigned to a Nurse Practitioner whom Ive never been able to meet. Ive run out of pre-approved urgent care visits because instead of seeing me (for the chronic issues Im rated for) I get told to go to urgent care. Also, womens health clinic is severely lacking in professionalism and medical aptitude. Quite literally never had such a terrible well woman exam. When you call the phone lines be prepared for a wait only to reach someone who takes a message for your healthcare team. Considering switching to Raleigh, but Im skeptical.

Phone lines are always busy and the staff doesnt care about Veterans. Go figure Im sorry my brothers and sisters that things are this way.

Mostly for audio related visits, always greeted promptly and treated very well by caring professionals who provide exceptional services. Thank you !
