I went there to try there steak sub it was to dry the meat did not cover the whole bun. I wanted to try there fried green tomatoes I wanted to substitute the fries for the fried green tomatoes and was will to pay an up charge but no the manager said according to the waitress still left a 20% tip I am glad I am able to write a review.

This place is garbage under the new ownership. First of all..FLYS EVERYWHERE. Servers are slow and slack, always on their phones, food wait yesterday was insane but only 4 tables were sat, our waitress took 30 mins to top off waters but took no time texting on her phone, then while I'm looking up reviews I'm seeing photos of a bug in one of their alcohol bottles..which was posted around 3 weeks ago. This place used to be amazing but we will not be back.

Decided to stop by last night and requested to sit outside as we had our dog with us. As soon as our appetizer was brought out it started raining so I went inside to let them know. They offered to let us sit at the table (to wait it out) that’s covered between the Lofts and Crossbones employee entrance right around the corner. I went ahead and paid for our tab as I didn’t want them to think we were leaving without paying. As we were sitting there one of your kitchen staff walked out for a smoke and immediately said “you can’t sit there†in a extremely rude tone. I explained to him that we paid for our stuff and were told by the staff inside to sit here. He rudely told us again that we can’t sit there. We told him we’re just waiting out the rain to stop and we’d move back out to the patio area. He walked away mumbling some stuff. I felt so unwelcomed and uneasy that I went back inside with an almost full drink and app plate and told them I was leaving. The staff inside asked if everything was okay and I explained what happened to them. They immediately started apologizing and said that “he’s rude like that with everyone, even usâ€. Why do you even continue to employ someone who harasses your guests and your other employees? They were kind enough to offer to refund our money but I declined as I know it wasn’t their fault at all. Once I walked outside, that same employee who was being extremely rude was getting into it with another one of your female employees when she approached him about not speaking to guests that way. That rude employee continued to try to approach my boyfriend OUTSIDE to continue the discussion and he warned him to not speak to him. Your employees are the face of your company. You should not employ someone who is going to harass your guests and your other employees. The only reason we will ever come back to is to see those two EXTREMELY KIND servers you had last night. They should not have to be treated like that especially your female employees. You should stick up for your staff members who are wonderfully doing their job and let go of the ones hurting your business.
