Awesome experience! My husband and I drove 11 hrs from St. Louis to buy a car here. I worked with Hash and stayed in communication with him for about 3 weeks before I was able to make it out there. I was dreading buying a car because of how pushy the sales people can be, but Hash was not pushy at all. He was so helpful and provided all of the information I needed before I drove out there. The whole process was so quick, and their customer service was superior to any car dealership Ive been to. Thank you Hash!!

After weeks of inconsistent communication with staff. I finally was able to purchase the car. I didnt even know my car was on the way until the LoJack system (they charged double the normal price for btw) notified me that the car exceeded a certain speed limit. No response from salesman after purchase. My vehicle has a Bowers and Wilkins sound system optioned and the first thing I did when I got in this morning to test it. To my surprise, the front midrange and tweeter sounds like it was blown out. On top of that, the interior was filthy. There was a nasty brown thing almost like a booger right next to the start stop button. And the White glove detail they claim they did was unsatisfactory. The windshield wiper blade was flailing around in the wind when I used it today, like it hadnt been changed in a very long time. Overall super disappointed and I hope this is all the issues for the car. Ive had it one hour and Im praying thats all I find.

I was serviced by Ben. He was very helpful, and provided 5/5 Customer Service.. I was able to trade in my car, sign paperwork and get my new car washed all under 2 hours!!!!
