I have never had an issue with either of the two cars that I have purchased from DeDe. We go waaay back- before she was even at Your Town Auto. The first car I purchased from her was a 2009 Acura MDX- never had issues with it. The second car I bought from her was a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta- I have had this car for almost four years and the ONLY thing that I have had done to it was getting rear parking brakes put on it. I promise you, all I have ever had to do to this car was keep up scheduled maintenance and keep the oil changed. And I drive 500 miles a week for work from Greensboro to Durham. By the way my daughter got her first car from DeDe as graduation gift in 2012 and she recently purchased her second car from DeDe- either has given her any problems. Those of you with the negative reviews need to quit!! DeDe is nothing but nice, professional, and she will help ANYBODY if they need it. When you buy a used car AS IS, it's your responsibility to get the car checked out to make sure you are purchasing a quality and reliable car. Do your homework and stop the negative reviews. A lot of you go out here and purchase used LUXURY cars and don't think about the cost of ownership. You have to keep your car on scheduled maintenance by a CERTIFIED mechanic who specializes in that type of make. Stop going out here purchasing used BMW's or Benz's (ownership you can't afford) when you know you have built Ford tough wallets/purses.

Via Billy Tuesday We know you are Jamal with the black 2013 sonata. Please explain in your review that you are and still remain 6 months behind on your auto loan.You purchased an auto AS IS which you had no issues for nearly a year. Every month when its car payment time you have another issue. We loaned you a car for 2 weeks to drive no questions asked while your car was being repaired.. Tell the complete story sir and as far as employees being rude. WE are human and take threats seriously when you say you are going to send people up here to get us.. We will not be doing any other repairs and Thanks for the review. *Incompetent Employee*

MY CAR WAS NOT INSPECTED TOOK THEM 4 MONTHS TO GET IT DONE THEN IT STARTED OVER HEATED WHICH THEY CLAIMED THEY FIX TWICE MY CAR STILL DONT WORK GONE HAVE TO SUE THEM FOR MY MONEY BACK THEY WHERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND ONE OF THE WORKERS TRIED TO FIGHT ME ABOUT HIS INCAPABILITIES TO FIX MY CAR A WHOLE MESS PLEASE DONT EVER BUY A CAR THERE

Don't buy a car from this place. My daughter bought a car in June 2021. They said they fixed the not accelerating problem the car before she bought it. The car continuously kept not accelerating. She kept taking the car back to this place looking for help to fix the same problem. It would be "fixed" then start doing it again. Last week 10/09 it AGAIN wouldn't accelerate. Took it back and their mechanic said the head gasket was messed up & it was like that when they sold it to her. DeDe lied and said they would pay the car off and is now saying they won't pay the car off. She won't give the owner of dealership name so BE CAREFUL dealing with this company.
