        They were supposed to arrive at 2:30 am, after I had a flat around 12 pm. I waited 5 hours for them to not arrive, after hiring them through my provider. They never showed up and ignored the calls of both my provider and myself. As a 24/7 roadside assistance company they do not uphold to any basic standards. This is the worst emergency assistance company. With absolutely no regard to peoples time, or safety. Im disappointed and appalled by this service and no one should use them. Service: Car towing

        I needed my van towed back to the dealership due to a fuel hose issue. After my van was on the truck I saw that the front bumper was 1/2 off. The underside is torn apart, est. $1800 in repairs. The driver said he would pay the damages but I have yet to hear back from him.
