The service is horrible and never go on Tuesdays fo half off sushi. You will wait forever even with a reservation and seating is very limited. I would recommend going during mid day service and even then you can wait 45 min for your order to be complete.

I'm just going to get to the nitty gritty, here. The service is terrible. Be prepared to wait at least an hour for your food. This includes a refill on water, drinks, or a side salad. Wait staff is incompetent. The food is mediocre. Making reservations does not guarantee a table. Somehow, they have no record of reservations at times, which is maddening. If this were the only place in town I would go, but for the price and service there are a myriad of options available with better parking, tastier food, and an overall superior dining experience. The dining room is entirely too small for the number of clientele that patronizes the place. This is especially upsetting when you require a reservation for admittance. Save your money and your time. Eat elsewhere. One final thought for the management: Please hire employees with some actual waiting experience. Also, I have been there on half price tuesday, which is probably your busiest night of the week, I would imagine. Why then, do the hosts feel it is appropriate to read a novel on the clock? If they have such leisure time while at work, perhaps they could be put to use doing something useful, such as tending to customers rather than entertaining themselves. I have also witnessed, as others described, many waiters lounging around in a pack, talking to each other on extremely busy nights.

Food was good the first time I went. Experienced half off sushi night & it ruined everything. Inconsiderate hostesses, bitchy waitresses. All ruined.

We ate here tonight on "First Friday." There were two tables sitting in the whole restaurant and a handful of patrons and employees hanging at the bar. The music was too loud for that early and they "couldn't" turn it down any further. The place was filthy... tables, dishes, walls. The waiter literally walked to the table and said "it looks like you are done" and sits the bill down without removing any of the empty plates. The only good thing was the flavor of the food. The sushi was good and seemed fresh. Never the less, we will not return.
