We dined on Tuesday, Dec. 19 for a Birthday dinner with a party size of about 16. The Birthday party was already seated however we arrived about 10 minutes late. After being seated we were never properly greeted and I had to ask for menus. The food was great however our waiter never brought me a to-go box so the remainder of my food was discarded The waiter brought out my bill and I immediately handed back my CC for payment. He ended up charging my card for someone else's bill who was not even seated at the same table as I. I was slightly bothered but I kindly replied to be more careful and conscious. He explained the refund procedure in a nonchalant manner. I will return because the food was great and the atmosphere was superb but please speak with your employee and educate him on great customer service and learning how to put himself in the other person's shoes under these type of circumstances.
