I have been a fan of Quiznos for years. I drove 40 minutes today to have lunch at this restaurant. I am giving 4 stars because the food was great and the restaurant was clean. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. There wasnt any friendly communication at all. There was zero sense of professionalism throughout the entire encounter. Customer service greatly needs improvement. When we walked into the gas station that the restaurant is part of, the employees were standing at the gas station counter talking to the clerk. They were in street clothes. We had no idea they were the employees of Quiznos until they saw us at the counter and came over. We were greeted with a you want a sub? the communication from this point did not improve. I will continue to travel to this location because the food is great. I do hope the environment is more welcoming and friendly next time.
