Wasabi Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar

I used to be a regular there. Went on July 4th, as Pho Hien Voung was closed. They arbitrarily decided not to serve an item on the menu (Bento Box special) because it was a holiday. Poor business. The couple next to us walked out after being ignored for 10 minutes and then were refused something that was clearly on the menu (in a fairly rude manner, I might add). Food was average, service lackluster. I hope the few extra cents that they gained by not offering something on the menu is worth it for them - because the will NEVER see another dime from me. Deserves to go out of business.

Great noodle soup and the flame sushi roll but the raw fishes weren't that fresh. It was slow and only 1 waitress there. But the were nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My office ordered food (5 orders) and was told 15 minutes. I went to the bank quick, then drove to pick up the food, so I was there after 15 minutes. The manager and a server argued about getting the order done in front of me. I was told it would be a few minutes and to sit down and they would call me when it was ready. I was sitting for an hour before the server came and got me. The order still wasn't done, but I could pay. So I payed for each order separately. Finally, my food is ready. I bring the food back to the office, and go to give everyone their orders. One order is completely wrong and one is missing despite having the order repeated on the phone. Normally this isn't a big deal. A bit order is bound to have a mistake. I called them to have the order fixed and was told it wasn't what I ordered and that I should just push the stuff I don't want to the side. When I demanded I wanted the food I ordered, I was told to bring the food back. So that's what I did. So I was told there that this is what I ordered and that he actually gave me extra stuff. I had the receipt of what I ordered and brought it for proof. I was told they weren't at fault because I ordered wrong. But the correct order was on the receipt. They took the food back to the kitchen and put it back in the serving pans. That is disgusting and illegal. They told me to get a refund, I needed to bring back all the food I ordered AND the change. The change was given as a tip, so I had no change to bring back. I will NEVER be eating there again and after this, I hope you do not either.
